Sales Compensation Analyst
The NextRoll Sales Finance team is looking for a highly skilled Sales Compensation Analyst who wants to join a fast growing Marketing Technology Company. As part of the NextRoll Sales Finance team, this position will be responsible for anything related to Sales Compensation Administration. This includes but not limited to monthly set-ups of sales participants, review of Sales Plans, commission crediting and calculations and managing reports and case queue. You will participate in the annual Sales Plan Design and will provide analysis and feedback for all the Business Units at the company. You will collaborate and partner with Sales Ops, FP&A, HR, Accounting and Revenue Operations to provide insights and resolve issues.The Sales Compensation Analyst will be a key member of the Global Sales Finance Team

The impact you’ll make:
- Responsible for the monthly/quarterly calculation and accurate payment of incentive compensation for our direct/support sales organization
- Administer guarantee, commission bonus, and SPIFF payouts
- Work closely with FP&A and Sales Operations to process new hires, terminations, transfers, and retroactive changes
- Analyze and prepare monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial reports that detail sales performance for Finance and Sales Operations
- Help streamline, automate, and improve end-to-end commission processes
- Partner with FP&A, HR, Legal, and Sales Operations to maintain and deploy worldwide yearly compensation plans
- Provide world-class customer service to our Sales organization and internal customers
- Build and maintain business partnerships with the Sales organization as well as Finance, Accounting, IT, and HR
Skills you’ll bring:
- 4-5+ years of experience in a similar role, FP&A, Accounting, or Sales Operations
- Very strong Excel skills and experience with Anaplan is big plus
- Excellent communication, customer service and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize and meet deadlines
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment where adaptability is critical
- Bachelor’s degree required
