YOUR MISSION

We are in hyper growth mode, which means we are hiring and onboarding new people to our go-to-market (GTM) team weekly! RevOps is a key enabler of our sales motions and processes: this is where you come in! We are looking for a Sales Compensation Analyst to join our world-class Revenue Operations team. As a Sales Compensation Analyst, you will work on commissions and onboarding processes for the go-to-market (GTM) organization.
Whilst this role is remote, we will need to have significant overlap with eastern and pacific time zones.
 As part of this role, you will:

  • Manage the end-to-end process of compensation administration for the global go-to-market organization including system administration, ensuring payout calculations are accurate and timely, and working within Spiff to enhance our current processes
  • Administer and improve upon existing onboarding/set-up processes for all new hires and transfers throughout the GTM organization, such as drafting compensation letters and assigning quotas/territories
  • Research and resolve quota and commission-related inquiries, including deal disputes, exceptions and adjustments through our commission software
  • Develop and deliver the documentation, communication and training for Spiff, Comp Plans, and other necessary commission-related processes
  • Perform ad hoc data-driven analysis to inform strategic decisions around territory management, quota assignments, sales attainment and headcount needs
  • Actively participate in the design and implementation of compensation plans, policies, and processes each fiscal year (or as needed) to support our business objectives

YOUR PROFILE

We’re looking for:

  • Native level spoken and written English
  • 2+ years of experience in commissions, sales strategy, or relevant experience
  • An organized and detail-oriented professional
  • A self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit 
  • A hard-worker who thrives in a fast-paced environment 
  • A data-driven professional who enjoys uncovering insights through analysis
  • An expert project manager who can manage multiple projects at various stages simultaneously
  • A people person, who enjoys helping others find solutions to problems
  • Poised and polished under pressure, and an exceptional communicator
  • Outstanding Excel / Google Sheets skills

Ideally, you will have:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in finance, statistics, economics, business or other related fields
  • Experience in sales compensation in the Software/SaaS industry
  • Worked with remote collaboration software
  • Intermediate-to-advanced knowledge of CRM systems
  • Curiosity to learn about design, design thinking, agile, and lean software development
