Job Description
This position requires an energetic individual with a demonstrated ability to make key contributions in the analysis of financial, operational and strategic issues in support of Sales Compensation. This individual will work closely with our Sales Leaders to achieve our financial objectives and drive sales productivity while building operational efficiency. This position reports to the Director of Sales Compensation Planning & Analysis.
Responsibilities:
- Develop sales quota models and provide recommendations
- Facilitate territory planning & analysis alongside Sales Operations
- Assist FP&A team with Headcount planning
- Participate in the implementation of the annual Sales Compensation plan
- Support the monthly close activities for Sales Compensation
- Create scalable and efficient operational processes that support a rapidly growing business
- Provide ad-hoc analysis as needed to support the business
Qualifications
Skills:
- Strong analytical skills as well as the ability to present information clearly and concisely
- Should be comfortable interacting with all levels of Management
- Demonstrated ability to independently take initiative
- Attention to detail
- Advanced Excel knowledge required
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce.com required
- Experience with Sales Compensation Tools – Xactly experience a plus
Education / Experience:
- BS Finance or Accounting with 3-5 years’ experience
- Sales Compensation experience preferred
- SAAS industry experience a plus
