As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for generating new business through inbound and outbound opportunities for HouseCanary SaaS products and solutions. You will work closely with Account Executives to conduct high level conversations with executives to drive business growth. HouseCanary’s industry-leading solutions provide the SaaS and valuations products that our customers need to grow and manage their businesses. You will partner with prospective customers as a trusted advisor to understand their business goals and understand how you can help them drive growth within their organizations. You will be an important member of our HouseCanary team as we build our business. We have a culture of continually investing in our people as they develop within HouseCanary.

What you'll do:

  • Serve as the first point of contact and provide a great experience for all inbound and outbound opportunities
  • Promote HouseCanary’s digital solutions and products with our diverse customer base
  • Maintain feedback loops with our teams to build a pipeline of HouseCanary customers
  • Work closely with prospective customers as a trusted advisor to deeply understand their unique company challenges and goals
  • Contribute to building and growing HouseCanary's business
  • At this stage in our growth, you will have a unique opportunity to influence our Product/solution development by interacting with our Product and Engineering teams

  • Experience in a quota-carrying sales or account management role
  • Experience in consultative selling and solution selling
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
