As one of the first Sales Development Representatives, you will have the opportunity to help identify and create new qualified opportunities for Account Executives in their designated region. You will work closely with the Head of Sales Development in defining outreach strategy and exceeding aggressive goals. You will be responsible for but not limited to managing outbound campaigns by identifying critical decision makers to successfully position Moveworks value proposition. You will be an integral part of our revenue generating team and at the same time have the opportunity and support for advancement within the company. You understand the science and the art of sales and you’re ready to apply your experience to an early stage startup where you can have a profound impact on the company’s success. 

What will you do?

  • Generate outbound leads, driving attendance to our webinars and events, and qualifying inbound inquiries with the aim of building pipeline for our account executives
  • Prospect creatively with a focus around phone, email & social (Linkedin, Twitter, etc.) 
  • Achieve and exceed monthly targets for meetings, lead creation & pipeline generated
  • Be a key player in weekly team meetings to discuss challenges and celebrate wins 

 What do you bring to the table?

  • 1-2 years of software sales development experience 
  • Experience using sales automation tools such as Outreach or Salesloft 
  • Experience using Salesforce & LinkedIn Sales Navigator 
  • A history of meeting or exceeding monthly targets 
  • A passion for sales and the process around it 
  • A knack for organization and the ability to manage data integrity
  • Intellectual curiosity
  • Experience consistently overcoming objections

Located in the heart of Silicon Valley, Moveworks Headquarters is adjacent to downtown retail, dining, and shopping with easy direct access to major freeways. Our building is surrounded by large, mature trees and plenty of free parking. We enjoy a high walk score with ample bike and running paths.
