Sales Enablement Associate, Brand Partnerships
OVERVIEW
As we continue our rapid growth within our Brand Partnership Ads Team, we are looking to add to our Sales Enablement team. We are hiring a Sales Enablement Associate to focus on supporting our existing and new Enablement programs through administrative oversight and execution expertise. This person will own the execution of the Brand Partnership onboarding program end to end and will partner closely with our Sales Enablement team to support the growth and development of our high performing Sales organization.
ABOUT THE JOB
- Partnering with Sales Enablement Team to manage and enhance Sales Enablement programming, content and platforms
- Administer technical onboarding initiatives and lead existing onboarding program oversight
- Schedule management: Working to align multiple calendars, including but not limited to executive leadership’s schedules
- Helping to expand the current on-boarding program through additive curriculum, sessions, breakout rooms and executory work
- Helping to facilitate measurement and tracking exercises for SE programs
- Partnering with Sales Managers and reps to ensure onboarding and other programs are successfully preparing reps to be effective and impactful in their first 90 days and beyond.
- Partnering with our tools managers to ensure reps are added, learning and adopting our tool stack (Lessonly, SalesLoft, Salesforce, ZoomInfo, G-suite, etc)
ABOUT YOU
- 2+ years of experience working with fast paced, high volume, high impact sales or account management teams
- 1+ years experience in an Enablement, training or supporting function role
- Excellent organizational skills and the timely execution of tactical problem solving
- Strong communication skills - written and verbal
- Strong relationship building skills
- Strong experience using G suite tools, particularly Sheets
- Strong project / program management skills
- Comfort working with data (measuring inputs / outputs; building sheets and program trackers)
Preferences (not Required):
- Experience running or managing an onboarding program
- Experience in a hyper-growth environment
- Exposure to and understanding of digital advertising and/or consumer packaged goods companies
