Sales Enablement Manager, Brand Partnerships
OVERVIEW
As we continue our rapid growth within our Brand Partnership Ads Team, we are looking to add to our Sales Enablement team. We are hiring a Sales Enablement Manager to focus on supporting our three core Sales teams as well as our Account Management team.
Your day to day…
- Writing internal facing content to support our reps and enhance their learning, such as handbooks, playbooks, wikis, process overviews, ROE (rules of engagement) type docs or project requirement documents, etc
- Leading and facilitating group training sessions
- Helping to expand the current on-boarding program through strategic and executory work
- Partnering with sales reps, managers, and account managers to better understand where work processes could be improved, efficiencies added, and learning gaps filled
- Partnering with Sales Operations, Product Marketing, and Insights to offer more comprehensive communication and training support to the Brand Partnership team
- Utilizing tools like our CRM (Salesforce) and LMS (Lessonly) to streamline efficiencies and insights for reps
You have...
- 4+ years of experience working with fast paced, high volume, high impact sales or account management teams
- 1+ years experience in an Enablement, training or supporting function role
- Excellent communication skills - written and verbal
- Excellent relationship building skills
- Strong organizational skills and understanding of scalable process building skills
- Strong experience using G suite tools, presentation building and note taking skills
- Ability to lead or present to large groups
Nice to Have…
- Quota carrying sales experience
- Experience in a hyper-growth environment
- Exposure to and understanding of digital advertising and/or consumer packaged goods companies
- Comfort working with data (interpreting dashboards & basic excel)
