Gong is expanding our Global Sales Enablement Team and we are seeking a Senior Sales Enablement Manager to support our Mid-Market sales team. This role will work closely with oto enable successful sales performance by providing training on emerging and existing products, driving Sandler sales methodology and sales process, and being a partner to support new hires throughout their 90-120 day onboarding and ramp period. The ideal candidate has B2B Mid-Market Technology Sales (or similar customer facing) background, has advanced knowledge of the Gong platform, is detail oriented, and has great presentation skills.


As part of the Global Sales Enablement Team, you’ll work with Mid-Market sales teams to deliver sales programs to help grow and optimize our business. Additionally, you will work with our sellers in the field during the sales onboarding period to help them ramp as quickly as possible.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Partner with Mid-Market leadership on business planning and strategy for their respective segment, then building and managing stakeholder documentation overall including QxQ priorities and focus areas.
  • Perform detailed needs assessments in collaboration with Enablement and Sales Leadership to translate business needs into measurable outcomes and align to broader enablement initiatives.
  • Build and manage Mid-Market Enablement Calendar in partnerships with sales leaders
  • Lead continual training cadence of up-market teams in partnership with sales leaders for this business segment.
  • Develop, manage, and collect data that contributes to monitoring the performance of enablement programs.
  • Manage the technology used for Sales Enablement (including Lessonly, Guru, Outreach, and Gong).
  • Own reinforcement and tracking of sales methodology usage for this team (Medic, Force, Sandler)
  • Create and draft project team communication and updates for projects and programs

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 8-10 years of combined experience in Enablement or as a senior seller (Enterprise+)
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
  • Familiarity or ideally a previous user of Gong.
  • Domain Expert. Familiarity with the sales cycle and essential selling skills/ In-depth understanding of sales processes and challenges commonly faced by in the Mid-Market/Enterprise sales cycle.
  • Familiar with leading Sales Methodology (Force, Medic, Sandler)
  • Exceptional organizational, coordination, planning and project/program management skills
  • Possess strong writing abilities to present project updates to executive teams
  • Experience using technology to support planning, execution, and communications management
  • Self-directed and resourceful
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills
