Sales Enablement Manager

As part of an entrepreneurial team, you will be at the forefront of creating and leading our Sales Enablement People Strategy, which will ensure our growing sales team is equipped with the knowledge and skills to overachieve their career goals.
As our Sales Enablement Manager you’ll engage in the planning, buildout, implementation, facilitation, optimization and ongoing management of our Sales Training Paths to enable over 600+ Meraki sales specialists globally. You will co-create the execution of our learning strategy in partnership with our Sales Acceleration team. Sales revenue impact will be the guiding post on how decisions are made. You will bring a unique blend of instructional design, expert facilitation skills, and Sales (quota carrying) experience. You are a problem solver and empathize with the end-user experience You will always be thinking of ways to enhance our Sales team experience.
What you will do:
- Co-create, with our Sales Acceleration team to build our People Strategy for our OKR'S, Product Sales Specialists, Inside Sales, Sales Engineers and Account Development Reps.
- Craft a multifaceted learning experience that directly leads to our ongoing learning and mentor programs.
- Lead all aspects of the augmentation of in-person Sales onboarding program into a blended online virtual experience, while keeping learner experience and business impact in mind.
- Analyze, assess and course correct sales ramp time and experience while providing regular reporting.
- Partner with other content owning and producing stakeholders to ensure all onboarding content is up to date, easy to use and relevant for our key audiences.
- Partner with our Organizational Effectiveness & Learning team to implement holistic skills based learning into the Sales training paths and the overall People Strategy.
- Earn the global sales team’s trust and build a strong positive relationship to allow for effective sales process knowledge transfer.

You have:
- Experience in effectively working within a Sales Enablement team, revenue driving team, or revenue producing role in optimal facilitating Sales training (3+ years).
- SME of efficient selling and/or developing solutions and programs, building sales partnerships, and crafting business relationships at all business levels
- Knowledge of instructional theories for collaborative learning and web-based tools (such as WebEx, Google Workplace, Box, Smartsheets).
- The capability to balance between thinking strategically and tactically with innate ability to execute projects.
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
