As a Sales Enablement Manager at Primer, you will ensure Primer’s customer-facing roles have the knowledge and training they need to be successful. That means ensuring our new hires, and internal hires, across the GTM organizations, have a best-in-class onboarding experience, ongoing product knowledge and skill-building programs, and the tools, process, and materials required to execute in their roles.

Core Responsibilities

  • Work with GTM leadership to develop, execute, optimize and assess Primer’s enablement program
  • Serve as a liaison between sales, marketing, and product teams
  • Provide effective onboarding and training programs for GTM (Sales, Solutions, Customer Success)
  • Partner closely with product to develop educational content and materials for ongoing training
  • Facilitate content creation and use with GTM and marketing teams
  • Evaluate and implement tools and tech to facilitate full-cycle Sales and CS team enablement
  • Build out KPIs to track the success of enablement programs, monitor changes, and report out across teams

What We Value

  • 5+ years experience in a high-performance sales organization in sales, enablement, or learning and development
  • Have knowledge of ML and NLP and working with software services.
  • A strong understanding of the sales environment, including sales content, tools, and training
  • You strive for operational excellence, the ability to effectively utilize your own time, and are passionate about demonstrating the power of technology to help tackle some of the most important ML challenges.
  • Experience with content management and learning management systems
  • Experience working in a fast-growing startup.
