We are looking for a Sales Enablement Manager who will be passionate about motivating and helping Benchling’s Sales team learn and grow!
YOUR IMPACT
- Design, develop, and rollout best-in-class sales and GTM learning content and materials to support Benchling’s growing sales team
- Create onboarding materials, coach and mentor new hires throughout their onboarding, and foster a data-driven coaching culture in partnership with leadership
- Monitor the content database to assure the accuracy and freshness of content
- Track, document, and evaluate program effectiveness through meaningful metrics
- Partner closely with Benchling’s global sales team to keep them informed about new processes, operational updates, and best practices
- Work cross-functionally with subject matter experts from marketing, customer experience, and product teams to build science, industry, and product knowledge
- Plan scheduling logistics, communication, and execution for virtual learning sessions
ABOUT YOU
- 5-7+ years of related sales enablement, sales support/operations, and/or SaaS sales experience
- Excellent communication skills, including written communication, listening, and presenting both in person and virtually
- Explain complex concepts in a clear, succinct, and concrete way
- Deeply understand customer's needs and the value proposition being offered
- Strong relationship management and influencing skills to work across teams
- Strong program management, learning design, and operational skills
- Collaborative, strong work ethic, and growth mindset
- Resourceful problem-solver, will take initiative and follow through to completion
- Experience working in the Life Sciences and/or technology industry
- Experience working with Highspot, SalesLoft, Lesson.ly, and/or Salesforce is a plus
