OVERVIEW
As we continue rapid growth within our Brand Partnership Ads Team, we are looking to add a Sales Enablement Manager specializing in product enablement. This person will focus on supporting our Sales teams in their mastery of our advertising products, centered around search and display. This person will help create effective narratives around each product aligning with our sales methodology. This role will partner closely with the Brand Partnership product marketing and product teams to provide all pillars of Enablement (Content, Training, Sales Process & Methodology alignment and Narrative) as it relates to selling our products.
ABOUT THE JOB
- Partner with product marketing teams to keep Sales teams trained on all products and new product features
- Create product certification programs for each product
- Establish learning opportunities for our sellers as it relates to product narratives, objection handling, FAQs and story-telling
- Lead training and office hours related to product knowledge
- Partner with PMMs and Sales Enablement peers to create additional product content to enable sellers
- Measure success and impact of programs and processes as they relate to product understanding; iterate accordingly
ABOUT YOU
- 2+ years of experience working with fast paced, high volume, high impact sales or account management teams
- 2+ years experience in an Enablement, L&D or PMM role
- Excellent communication skills - written and verbal
- Strong relationship building skills
- Experience with digital Advertising
- Strong experience using G suite tools, sheets and slides
- Strong project / program management skills
Preferences (not Required):
- Experience in a hyper-growth environment
- Exposure to and understanding of digital advertising and/or consumer packaged goods companies
- Experience working with data (measuring inputs / outputs; building sheets and program trackers)
