YOUR MISSION

We’re looking for a Sales Enablement Specialist to join our rapidly-scaling Sales organization with a focus area in Enterprise Expansion. As part of the Global Sales Enablement team, you’ll be committed to up-leveling the skills, experience, and knowledge of our sales organization by providing the right tools, resources, and training required to be successful. We are a team that works strategically with partners across the entire Go-to-Market and Customer Experience teams.

In this role, you will:

  • Align with stakeholders in Customer Success, Sales, and Leadership to understand company goals and initiatives
  • Create training content that is consumable and actionable for the Enterprise Expansion Sales organization
  • Maintain productive relationships with Sales & CS Managers working as a partner to develop their teams
  • Facilitate enablement sessions for our sales team with energy, focus, and a coaching mentality
  • Review, iterate on and support the development of sales playbooks and training programs
  • Use analytics to uncover areas of improvement for our sales organization
  • Deliver feedback to XDRs and teammates with the goal of always improving
  • Receive feedback from sales leadership with a positive and go-forward mindset
  • Embody the core beliefs of MURAL while bringing a healthy attitude to work every day

YOUR PROFILE

We are looking for dedicated individuals who can work independently in a fast-paced startup environment.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 2-4 years of sales enablement experience, with 2-3 years of overall experience preferable in a SaaS sales organization
  • Exceptionally good or native oral and written English, with good collaboration and interpersonal communication skills
  • Demonstrated project management experience with small projects
  • Technical knowledge of enterprise software and SaaS
  • Knowledge and experience of a Land & Expand model
