The Role
As a Sales Engineer, you’ll partner with the sales team to demonstrate how Finch’s solutions will address their business needs. In addition to collaborating with the Account Executives, you’ll partner closely with the Product, Engineering, and Marketing teams. This is an exciting opportunity to join as a Sales Engineer supporting our rapidly growing team.
What You Will Do
- Be a technical subject-matter expert on all of our products and support the sales team throughout the sales process
- Be a strategic partner with Account Executives to demonstrate to prospects how Finch can address their use cases and technical requirements
- Determine new solutions and provide process improvement feedback to the team
- Equip the sales teams to efficiently close deals with technical sales enablement material
Who You Are
- 2+ years of relevant sales engineering experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Engaging persona with the ability to build relationships with business and technical contacts
- Successful track record of partnering with internal and external product and engineering teams
- Ultimately, a creative problem solver!

- Previous start-up experience
- Experience working at an API company or on an external-facing API team.

This role requires working onsite in our San Francisco or New York City office two days per week.
