Sales Engineer
Grammarly offers a remote-first hybrid working model . Team members can work primarily remotely. Teams will meet in person every quarter in one of Grammarly's hubs, currently in San Francisco, Vancouver, New York, and Kyiv. To ensure that teams are able to overlap in their working hours and to meet face-to-face when needed, all team members need to live within three time zones of their direct team.

To achieve our ambitious goals, we're looking for a Sales Engineer to join our fast-growing Grammarly Business team. The role will build Grammarly Business into a thriving global B2B offering, including setting the bar high for impact in key deals and taking the responsibility to accelerate growth.
Your impact
As a Sales Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring successful deals-by showcasing our product, running successful POVs (proof of value programs), overcoming objections, and working closely with our Product, Marketing and Engineering teams. You will also help build out the necessary tools and processes to accelerate deals and make the team more effective and efficient.
As a member of the Grammarly Business Sales Engineering team, you will work collaboratively with your peers to build out these functions. You will also work to improve upon all processes within the Sales Engineering team, including value realization, security posture, demonstration materials, and the technical onboarding of our customers. You will work as a mentor/mentee with the rest of the Sales Engineering team to provide your unique perspective as you gain more experience working at Grammarly and with Grammarly prospects and customers.
In this role, you will:
- Take part in some of Grammarly Business's largest deals.
- Inform Product, Marketing and Engineering to improve the Grammarly Business roadmap and messaging.
- Be central to building up a successful end-to-end revenue machine.
