We are looking for a talented and proven sales leader who wants to join an organization that is making a meaningful difference in the world. You will direct a sales team that works with small and medium-sized businesses in the US and internationally. You will participate and quarterback client and prospect meetings as well as work cross-functionally with stakeholders as needed. You will be accountable for ongoing mentoring and development of the sales team which includes recruiting, hiring and training new team members on the sales process.

What we value:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 4+ years managing a sales team of 5 or more quota-carrying salespeople
  • Experience in the solar industry a plus
  • Coaching direct reports on strategies to drive sales wins
  • Accurate reporting on sales activity and forecasting to management
  • Consistent monitoring of the sales activity of the team, and tracking of results
  • Actively directing and monitoring demand generation activities
  • Direct initiatives to drive customer awareness and engagement
  • Develop and execute successful sales campaigns
  • Engaging at C-level in enterprise customer organizations

Location

Our office is midway between Union Square and the Financial District. We're 2 blocks from public transportation and walking distance to historical Chinatown and North Beach. Located on the 5th floor, our space is equipped with high ceilings, abundant natural light, and exposed brick.
