Working within the Order Management team, the Sales Operations Analyst will be responsible for processing and providing order support to the Direct and Channel sales teams for both Subscription and Professional Services transactions for all North America accounts.

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with various functional teams, including Finance Operations (Accounting, Accounts Receivable, Revenue), Provisioning, Legal, and Professional Services to support Direct Sales, Corporate Account Managers, Channel Sales and Finance for efficient order processing and fulfillment
• Audit and process orders across sales channels for all North America Medium segment accounts
• Ensure Salesforce CRM customer data is accurate and in compliance with company policy
• Conduct customer usage audits to determine if usage is billable
• Assist in updating documentation, processes and policies as needed
• Develop strong, positive relationships with internal teams and customers

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance or related fields preferred
• 2-3+ years of experience in sales operations, order management, business operations or finance
• Prior experience working for a cloud business software application company is highly desired
• Prior experience with CRM systems; Salesforce.com/CPQ are highly desired
• Strong analytical and technical skills
• Ability to work independently and cross functionally
• Strong interpersonal and exceptional problem-solving skills
• Highly organized with the ability to prioritize multiple functions and tasks while managing work time efficiently
• Must be able to meet deadlines and handle stressful situations
