Sales Operations Analyst

We are looking for a Sales Operations Analyst who will be passionate about helping Benchling’s Sales team become more productive and grow!
WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON
- Report to the Sales Operations Manager and join a team that spans Sales Enablement, Deal Desk and Tools & Productivity. The role will focus on the Tools & Productivity function.
- Help manage the sales tech stack and ensure that the tech stack drives sales productivity.
- Implement new sales tool processes and best practices.
- Develop salesforce reports and dashboards, and help manage salesforce data.
- Help triage sales support and reporting requests.
- Partner closely with our global sales team to keep them informed about new processes, operational updates, and best practices.
- Bring a detail oriented and analytical mindset that can add value as we reassess processes.
- Work cross-functionally with marketing, customer experience, solutions consulting, and other operations teams.
- Drive operational efficiency and team productivity by continuously improving processes, tools, and reporting
- Take on various sales support responsibilities as assigned.
ABOUT YOU
- Have 2+ years of related Sales Operations or Business Operations experience (required)
- Love learning about new technologies that help businesses scale and applying them to real initiatives
- Have a strong competency with tools commonly used by Sales teams (i.e. Salesforce, Prospecting tools, etc..)
- Are collaborative and enthusiastic with a positive and friendly attitude
- 1 + years managing a Salesforce instance is a plus
- Have experience working with SalesLoft and/or Einstein Analytics (Tableau CRM) is a plus
- Problem solver and resourceful, will take initiative and follow through to completion
- Are excellent at listening to others and expressing ideas in written and oral form
- Are able to partner with several cross-functional teams
- Curious and persistent, can identify business needs and propose solutions
- Ability to explain complex concepts in a clear, succinct and concrete way
- Ability to manage deadlines and deal with ambiguity and change
- Have experience working in the Life Sciences industry is a plus
- Any Salesforce certification is a plus
