What You Will Be Doing:

  • Own the Sales Compensation Process End to End. You'll help design and maintain our internal sales calculator.
  • Assist with quarterly and monthly analyses in support of Fictiv’s sales management team
  • Assist in reporting, and operationalizing key performance metrics, reporting tools, and dashboards to help drive insights and action
  • Frame and break down complex problems into key components, design and execute on data and business insights and provide recommendations to drive tangible business outcomes. You'll be providing the blueprint to streamline this process
  • Identify inefficiencies, implement change management solutions, and track progress through planning, process, and tool improvements
  • Support our sales team with respect to operational processes and reporting insights
  • Conduct analysis and share data-driven insights by synthesizing the impact of initiatives led by project teams
  • Ensure data integrity by understanding and identifying opportunities to improve the back end data structure
  • Help build data governance with single source of truth data documentation
  • Manage projects with stakeholders to make data-driven decisions on topics including: forecasting, growth/churn strategy, territory optimization, process improvement, SPIF targets, and small/medium scope sales experiments.
  • Establish strong working relationships with sales leadership, marketing, CS, systems, and other cross-functional teams to achieve objectives without management involvement. You'll be customer focused with our internal customers, our sales team


What You Should Have

  • Consulting/Investment Banking experience or relevant Sales Operations experience, ideally in a SaaS environment
  • Direct experience with sales compensation
  • 1+ years of experience with Salesforce. Want to get your Salesforce certification? We'll pay for your studies and certification test!
  • Positive “can do” attitude and growth mindset
  • Aptitude for framing business questions in analytic terms and translating business requirements into analyses with actionable insights
  • Experience driving projects from start to finish and collaborating with cross-functional teams
  • Comfortable and flexible working in a fast-paced environment
  • Results-driven and self-motivated with the ability to multitask
  • Effective, clear, and concise communication skills, verbal and written
