About the Role:
The Sales Strategy & Operations team at KeepTruckin drives the strategy, execution, and scale of KeepTruckin’s revenue growth. Our work is cross-functional and touches nearly every part of our business - from what we sell, to whom, and how.
We are looking for a Sales Operations Lead to bring innovation, experience, and a bias toward action. Your ability to think strategically, adapt quickly, and get things done will earn credibility across all levels of the organization. This is an incredible opportunity where your contributions will have a direct and immediate impact on the company’s success. This position will report to the Head of Growth & Planning.

What You'll Do:
- Lead cross-functional initiatives in partnership with our Sales, Marketing, Strategic Analytics, and Business Operations teams
- Conduct in-depth analyses across our business segments, extracting insights and creating solutions that will drive a step-level change in our GTM execution
- Define the quarterly goals for the sales organization
- Own our capacity planning model
What We're Looking For:
- First principles thinking, strategic mindset, ownership mentality, and a bias towards action
- Demonstrative executive presence and ability to influence at all levels of the organization
- Ability to lead multiple projects at once and independently scope, prioritize, and execute cross-functional initiatives
- Highly proficient with Salesforce, Excel, and Google Sheets
- 5+ years in Investment Banking, Management Consulting, or Sales Operations
- BA/BS and/or advanced degree
