The Role

We are seeking a talented Sales Operations Proposal and PMO to collaborate with the sales leadership teams to drive sales growth and increase visibility for ROI. Demonstrate excellent leadership skills with the ability to guide the project(s) to deliver winning proposals. You will be a strong proponent of bridging knowledge between groups.  The successful candidate will be a highly motivated self-starter supporting the company’s growth strategy and initiatives. This individual should be strategic and tactical by nature, driven, who will play a key role in supporting our business team in a wide variety of sales-related projects/initiatives.  This role will require you to partner with all levels of the organization. The projects will be focused on delivering meaningful processes and tools that will support future growth.

 

What You’ll Do

Proposals:

  • Oversee the foundational design of the RFP function and process
  • Plan, organize, lead and monitor the milestone activities of the RFP response team while maintaining oversight of the schedule 
  • Partner with sales, legal, marketing, customer support, and other internal business partners to ensure requirements and deadlines are well understood
  • Drive the RFP review process from request to submittal
  • Package all RFP submissions in accordance with published guidelines 
  • Provide input to product marketing, engineering, and operations teams to direct the development of new products that reflect market trends and customer needs
  • Evaluate technology advancement solutions for creating workflow efficiencies, enhanced quality, and more robust RFP presentations
  • Support sales operations projects, initiatives and ad-hoc assignments that align to support the sales strategy

Sales Operations:

  • Standardize, build, and monitor business reporting metrics for analysis
  • Build/refine training and onboarding process for new sales hires
  • Create and maintain documentation on key processes, policies and best practices
  • Identify milestones, activities, deliverables, and requirements to create project plans and track to deadlines
  • Proactively identify opportunities for improvement in the sales process working closely with the field to identify the opportunities, develop an action plan, and monitor execution
  • Support the end-to-end sales process by driving efficiencies, eliminating administrative roadblocks, and best equipping sales to compete in the marketplace
  • Partner with sales to develop key dashboards, reports, and processes that will make the team more efficient and successful
  • Support incoming ad-hoc requests with the ability to prioritize and communicate timelines with key stakeholders 
  • Centralize Sales Operation activity to maximize and leverage resources and expenses
  • Develop a quality program for the utilization of Sales tools and data integrity

What You’ll Need

  • Ability to develop and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders
  • Ability to handle stressful situations with a level-headed approach, and to effectively leverage and balance the workload of available resources
  • Apply innovative, creative, and conceptual thinking as needed to analytical tasks
  • Motivated, resourceful, team player
  • High proficiency with Microsoft and G-Suite, Salesforce Lightning and other industry sales tools
  • The ability to dive into data and uncover trends, insights, and opportunities
  • High level of curiosity with a knack for uncovering meaningful information 
  • Excellent problem solving, analytical, and systems skills with high attention to detail 

Working at Lark 

Lark offers the option to work remotely in the United States.  For Colorado Applicants only: the minimum annual salary is $109,000 (minimum salary varies for other geographies). You may also be offered a bonus, stock options and/or benefits. The company is headquartered in Mountain View, CA.
