About The Role

Rippling is looking for a Sales Ops pro to own the operational process for our Account Executive, SDR and Channel Sales Teams. As a founding member of our growing Revenue Operations team, you’ll work closely with our Sales leaders to identify how we can improve their tooling, processes and data. At your disposal is our Business Systems team to build new solutions in Salesforce, and our Data Analytics team to give our stakeholders new insights. As we scale and the scope of our sales teams grow, you’ll own the documentation of key processes and smooth roll-outs of new initiatives to the teams. You’re the glue that brings our technical resources to bear to make our best-in-class Sales teams even better!

What You'll Do: 

  • Work cross functionally to identify and implement process improvements, automation, metrics and contextual data to make our sales go-to-market functions run efficiently.

  • Collaborate with Business Systems and Data Analytics teams to prioritize and product manage their roadmap based on business needs

  • Own documentation of key processes and smooth rollouts / communications to front line managers and reps

  • Manage sales tooling (vendor relations, functionality, onboarding)

Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of professional work experience ideally in a Sales Operations capacity at a SaaS company. 

  • Excellent organization and Project management skills

  • Working knowledge of Salesforce solutioning, reporting and configuration

  • Excel and SQL chops
