About the role: We are looking for a versatile sales operations professional  who can drive projects from start to finish. You will work cross-functionally with Skydio’s go-to-market (GTM) organization including Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Leadership teams to streamline processes and perform ad hoc data analyses to offer recommendations and improve processes. Reporting to our Director of Sales Operations, you will administer changes in Salesforce and other GTM systems, and lead forecasting and demand planning processes for the Enterprise Sales team.

How you’ll make an impact:

  • Work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, Data/Analytics, and Business Systems to identify and prioritize operational issues to drive process improvements and influence business strategies 
  • Serve as the primary project manager and implementation expert for GTM requests including new systems and processes
  • Manage lead-to-opportunity, channel/partner, and forecasting processes for the sales organization
  • Work with the sales team to drive data hygiene around demand forecasting and anticipated fulfillment dates
  • Collaborate with supply chain and financial planning teams on demand planning and forecasting assumptions and analysis.

What would make you a good fit:

  • Minimum 5 years experience in Sales Operations, Sales Strategy, or similar roles
  • Advanced business acumen with excellent communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to multitask and achieve high-quality results  in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Experience with data modeling and financial analysis
  • Proficiency in Salesforce, Salesforce CPQ, Netsuite, Microsoft Excel, Google Apps
  • Familiarity with Marketo and ABM platforms is a plus
