OVERVIEW
Instacart’s mission is to create a world where everyone has access to the food they love and more time to enjoy it together. To achieve this mission, we partner very closely with 600+ retailer partners on many initiatives so that they can achieve their core objectives. Our retailer sales and account teams are kept on track and running smoothly by our growing Sales Excellence team.
ABOUT THE JOB
- Develops, oversees and optimizes core sales processes to enable organizational growth and scale
- Builds and sets core sales processes (eg. account planning, opportunity management, pipeline, forecasting)
- Develops supporting tools and infrastructure to support processes; Runs sales core operations infrastructure (eg. Salesforce)
- Drive sales data quality, hygiene efforts through excellent change management, appropriate KPIs and readiness
- Own, drive and build required reporting infrastructure to support ongoing use, improvement and optimization of core processes
ABOUT YOU
- 5-10+ years experience in building developing and running sales processes, sales operations in a fast growing, quickly scaling business
- Strong understanding of CRM processes and tools; Salesforce certification/experience
- Change Management - ProSci a plus
- Strong cross group collaborator; ability to communicate effectively with Sales Leadership, Finance and IT
