We are seeking a Revenue Operations Manager to help us rapidly scale our sales, SDR & CS teams. This is a unique opportunity to be a high-impact, early team member of the company. Reporting to our CRO, you’ll work primarily amongst our sales, SDR, and CS teams to drive efficiency in core sales operations, territory planning, building CRM efficiencies, and assisting with tooling.
Your Impact
- Plan territories for 12 months hiring
- Administer and design compensation plans for sales and SDR
- Assist with reporting and dashboard creation
- Implement forecasting process and standards
- Assist in onboarding and offboarding tooling
- Sales / SDR tooling review and admin
Your Strengths
- 1-5 year(s) Core Revenue Operations Experience
- Experienced project management skills with complex cross-functional outcomes
- Experience with core sales operations: Territories planning, Compensation, and Quota
- Strong grasp of CRM Integrations & Sales Tools
- Excellent grasp of managing across functional peers, partners and stakeholders
- Bias towards action, while also keeping long term strategy and structural design in place
- Admin Level CRM Certification(s)
- Highly adaptable and can work in a fast, small, evolving company
- Experience with deal-desk roles; assisting in building contracts to correct or improve the contracting process
- History of success in setting up new operations, workflows, processes, and is not afraid to suggest changes to promote sales & CS productivity and success
