Sales Operations Specialist
About the Role:
Reporting to the Sr. Manager, Go-To-Market Strategy and Operations, the Sales Operations
Specialist will be a critical part of the functioning and growth of the DataGrail go-to-market
engine. The Specialist will become an expert in DataGrail sales operations, owning smooth
execution at all points of the sales process, data integrity for accurate recognition of ARR
attainment and working closely with sales leaders and representatives on sales process
improvements and rollouts.
What You'll Do:
- Support the sales team on data-driven strategic planning and execution throughout
the quarter and fiscal year - Scale data management at every point in the DataGrail sales process from the
moment a sales rep touches a lead through to revenue recognition - Build and maintain the monthly and quarterly attainment dashboards so the team
and leaders have visibility into performance - Dive into data to derive insights into the operations of the sales team and partnering
with systems owners to maintain highest-quality data capture - Ensure the sales process runs effectively and efficiently and partnering
cross-functionally to suggest and implement improvements - Improve the DataGrail sales contracting engine for accurate quoting and recognition of revenue
while ensuring a seamless contracting process - Improve our target accounts strategy to ensure that the company is speaking with the best-fit
companies at the forefront of privacy - Teach excellent technical and quantitative skills to up-level the data-driven go-to-market
organization
What You Need:
- 1-3 years of relevant experience in sales, marketing sales, and/or operations
- Familiarity with Salesforce, Excel, and a BI tool such as Tableau or Looker
- You're technically savvy - must be architecturally comfortable with building systems integrations and how data flows across 2+ systems
- Comfortable initiating and driving projects in alignment with business needs
- The ability to troubleshoot, optimize for data connection, and sync best practices ensuring upkeep of all systems
