Sales Operations Sr. Associate

We’re looking for a curious, collaborative, self-starter-- someone who’s ready to dig in and build solutions to both simple and complex problems. As a Sales Operations Sr. Associate, you will have the opportunity to shape our rapidly growing sales and partnerships functions: managing, designing, and scaling the processes and tools that our go-to-market teams use to accelerate Bolt’s growth. You will be joining the Sales Strategy and Operations team as a high-impact contributor, leading both strategic and operational initiatives from ideation to analytics to execution, driving impact across Bolt’s entire GTM organization.
Responsibilities
- Support your GTM business partners with sales processes, workflows, and insights to enable them to execute on our highest-priority initiatives
- Develop a deep understanding of our sales process to refine and improve our systems and tools (Salesforce, Outreach, etc.)
- Triage and troubleshoot operational issues for our sales and partnerships teams, and continually optimize our systems and processes for scale
- Collaborate with Finance and GTM leadership to develop KPI reporting frameworks, forecast models, incentive structures, and performance management insights
- Analyze GTM data and operational performance to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement
- Incubate, scope, and deliver on new programs to improve sales productivity, efficiency, and enablement
- Lead internal trainings and maintain a knowledge base of our sales processes, tools and systems in partnership with Sales Enablement
Requirements
- 3-5+ years professional experience in Sales Operations, preferably at a high-growth technology company
- Exceptional ability to translate strategic business objectives into sales system requirements; experience managing Sales Ops projects end-to-end from scoping and requirements documentation to testing and deployment
- Extensive experience with Salesforce processes, features, and reporting. Salesforce Administration experience is a plus
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a demonstrated ability to structure complex problems and develop solutions
- Experience working cross-functionally with and supporting stakeholders at all levels of Sales, Marketing, Partnerships, Finance, and/or Customer Success
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail
- Ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple projects at once
- Professional experience with Outreach, Gong, and ZoomInfo a plus
