Sales Ops / Order Management Analyst

You will be responsible for closing and provisioning DroneDeploy customer orders, and ensuring the data quality in our database. You will be responsible working with sellers to create and book orders as well as following up on questions around provisioning customer subscriptions.
Responsibilities:
- Develop a strong understanding of DroneDeploy business model and booking policy.
- Manage the process and systems used in the order management, booking and product provisioning processes.
- Lead the Deal Desk to assist sellers who need assistance in building quotes for new, add-on and renewal order configurations that are non-standard.
- Establish and execute a deal verification and validation workflow on all orders submitted by sellers as well as review of online eCommerce order to ensure that Opportunity records are complete and accurate.
- Review and prepare committed book details by segment, seller, region, deal type, etc.
- Become the go to person for our eCommerce subscription management system that feeds into salesforce including adding in product SKUs and pulling subscription reports.
- Be the “expert” on our integration between the eCommerce subscription system and salesfoce.com.
- Monitor and recon bookings dashboards in CRM.
- Participate in planning around committed book customer allocations.
- Build out a data maintenance program that extends beyond booking orders to include verification of our customer list, clean existing Account and Lead records of all flavors as well as assist in list building exercises for the GTM teams including Marketing.
- Manage the day-to-day of Territory assignments and data alignment to territories.
- Contribute ideas to improve upon existing work process, CRM enhancements and procedures.
- Participate on the project team for the review of a future billing and invoicing solution upgrade.
- Identify areas where existing or new tools could be deployed.
Experience:
- Previous Sales Ops Analyst experience
- 4+ years’ customer order management or sales support experience in the technology industry
- 3+ years experience with Salesforce
- Demonstrated initiative to proactively identify issues and develop solutions for them
- Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator
- Experience with tools like GSuite apps, GConnector, DemandTools, salesforce.com, MSExcel, Zuoura
- Self-starter, able to work independently
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent or equivalent experience
