Salesforce.com is the core platform used by Alto’s Partnerships and Provider Success teams. The Administrator will work closely with Sales and Provider Success leaders to craft, deploy and optimize new business processes; maximize efficiency within complex, fast paced workflows; and ensure data integrity within the SFDC ecosystem for clean reporting and analytics. The ideal candidate has experience developing a custom SFDC solution that spans Sales, Service, and Marketing Cloud.

  • Ability to assess the impact of new requirements on Salesforce.com and all upstream and downstream applications, systems and processes

 Key Duties & Responsibilities: 

  • Serve as primary system administrator for Salesforce.com in a high growth company where planned user growth is >200% annually
  • Act as a primary resource to develop and manage technical workflows for Sales and Success organizations
  • Offer solutions at all levels of the organization when approached with unique or new challenges
  • Handle all basic and advanced administrative functions including user account maintenance, reports and dashboards, workflow automations, and flow development
  • Complete regular internal system audits and ensure security practices are met at all times
  • Maintain Salesforce.com data feeds and integrations with third party apps
  • Manage evaluation, scope and completion of new development requests.
  • Assist in training of new users and grow the Salesforce.com skill set across the organization
  • Effectively act as the liaison between users, vendors, and application development teams
  • Work independently with members of the user community to define and document development requirements

Experience Required: 

  • Minimum two years of experience as a Salesforce.com Administrator for Sales and Service Clouds
  • Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator (211) required
  • Salesforce Platform Developer I or Platform Developer II Certified preferred
  • Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder preferred
  • Proven ability to design and implement new processes and facilitate user adoption
  • Proven ability to create, customize, and manage reports and dashboards
  • Experience developing Apex Triggers and automating workflows
  • Previous experience working in a SCRUM or agile environment preferred
  • Experience working with consultant groups for large scale development projects to manage scope, timeline, and budget preferred.
