What You'll Do:
Hire, Train, and Develop SDRs to effectively engage and qualify new business opportunities.
Work cross-functionally with Marketing to improve lead to demo conversion rates across all channels.
Work cross-functionally with sales leadership to improve demos to sales qualified opportunity conversion rates.
Collaborate with India SDR leaders to identify training gaps between US and India SDR teams and develop training to support development.
Identify opportunities to improve and evolve the SDR organization in effort to better support a growing sales organization.
Qualifications:
1+ years of SDR management experience
Proven track record of exceeding goals as an individual contributor and manager
Experience successfully managing teams that work in high volume sales cycles
Excellent communication, teamwork and people management skills
Ability to thrive in a fast paced environment
