ROLE π©π½βπ»π¨βπ»
The primary goal of the Sr. Account Manager (Sr. AM) is to drive revenue growth with Superhuman for Business customers. Youβll achieve this growth by making Superhuman a core part of our customers' daily workflow and helping them to feel happier, more productive and closer to achieving their potential. Youβll be responsible to define an account growth strategy, partner with your customers to identify new product use cases, understand customer motivations, and share ROI metrics, industry insights and best practices. You'll also develop deep customer insights and competitive knowledge to ensure Superhuman provides remarkable, differentiated solutions and creates delight during every step of the customer journey. Youβll provide reliable sales forecasts for your territory based on your customer meetings and proposals.Β
As one of our founding Sr. AMs, you'll work with GTM leadership team to develop repeatable processes and best practices to accelerate Superhuman's B2B growth. The AM is responsible to:
- Develop, improve, and innovate the account growth playbook for Superhuman for Business and future product launches.
- Create a comprehensive and strategic account and territory plan for each fiscal quarter and year.
- Manage a book of named accounts to help customers realize the full value of Superhuman for Business and achieve their strategic goals by uncovering customer pain points, mapping custom solutions to alleviate their pains, communicating ROI, multithreading across the key influencers and decision-makers, and closing annual and multi-year deals with substantial revenue growth.Β
- Communicate proposals with internal stakeholders to secure consensus and approval before contract execution.Β
- Forecast your monthly, quarterly and annual sales attainment accurately and exceed sales quota.
- Teach industry insights and email productivity best practices and tailor your message to drive lasting organizational behavior change across your customer base. Take control of the sales process to create a delightful customer experience based on trust and respect.
- Partner closely with Customer Success Managers (CSMs) to increase renewal rates, decrease churn rates, identify potential risks and growth opportunities for your territory and accounts, and lead Business Reviews every 3-6 months to drive customer success and revenue growth.
- Develop deep customer insights and competitive knowledge to ensure Superhuman provides remarkable quality and creates delight during every step of the customer journey.Β
- Maintain a deep understanding of the Superhuman product and the productivity industry to drive customer engagement and meet your customersβ business objectives; keep a pulse on customer trends and act as the voice of the customer to inform our product and marketing teams.
- Nurture customer decision-maker relationships and become a trusted advisor for each of your customers.
- Document all customer communication via our CRM and other internal tools.
- Be intellectually curious, creative, collaborative, team-oriented, honest and seek to improve by 1%+ every day with a growth mindset.

- Experience: You have 6+ years of closing sales experience as an Account Manager, Account Executive or a similar sales role.
- Communication: You communicate clearly and precisely, both verbally and in writing, including explaining technical concepts.Β
- Organization: You have excellent organizational and time management skills. You can simultaneously manage multiple customer accounts, projects, and deadlines.Β
- Quantitative skills: You have experience analyzing data, trends, and customer information to identify product and account growth opportunities.
