Sales/Business Systems Manager (SF/Bay Area)

We are looking for a business leader wealth of systems experience to ensure that systems enhance and support the work our GTM team members do. This person will have the opportunity to influence and define our foundation, such as governance and project management processes, the way we engage with stakeholders, and the culture of the team itself.
Responsiblities
- Responsible for designing and implementing short and long-term strategic goals for managing and maintaining systems and software.
- Manage all planned and in-place system architectures are documented and maintained across the GTM systems stack.
- Own the development of process and follow on systems development and/or implementation aligned to business processes.
- Help the team design, configure, and debug complex new software and improvements to existing applications - be able to “roll up your sleeves” and jump in.
- Work cross-functionally with other GTM teams/functions to ensure a smooth process for our global Go-To-Market teams and other partners.
- Translate business requirements to technical requirements creating scalable solutions based on your knowledge of best practices; design, build, test, and deploy solutions and designs including post-deploy support.
- Administer and troubleshoot the GTM technology stack which includes Salesforce (Sales & Service Clouds), DocuSign, LeanData, Chargify, and integrations with Marketo, Outreach, etc.
- Work with key stakeholders to understand business requirements and needs to advise/recommend/propose technical solutions and designs.
- Lead external resources as needed, from requirements to implementation and testing.
- Conduct research on new technologies in the field of systems development and create and develop plans for investing in such systems that will increase cost effectiveness and flexibility.
Requirements
- 5- 7 years of experience in implementation, development, process re-engineering and support of Sales, Marketing, Customer Success & Support business processes, systems and technologies.
- Global sales ops experience a must
- We use Salesforce CRM, Marketo, Email Marketing and Outreach tools. Experience in these tools or similar is a must.
