As the Sales Development Manager, you will be responsible for managing a highly ambitious sales development, SDR, team in reaching aggressive opportunity goals. The role requires you to have strong hands-on experience in working day-to-day with the team. Additionally, you’re the go-to person to assist the team in using the available tools to increase prospecting efficiencies. Our ideal candidate is a leader with a track record of delivering results and someone who incorporates integrity and humility in a hands-on style of leadership and will be excited to join a fast-growing company early, make a difference, and enjoy the ride.

What you will get to do:

  • Be energized and excited by challenging objectives and this will be reflected in your drive to deliver
  • Manage and improve Sales Development KPIs that will motivate team members through creative incentives
  • Create reports that show Team/Individual results that will help the team and company continue to grow
  • Identify and make recommendations for improvement in the areas of Process, Efficiency and Productivity Qualifications

What we are looking for:

  • 3+ years of experience in Software Sales. Proven track record of building relationships quickly and highly motivated by customer satisfaction and successful outcomes as both an individual contributor and manager
  • Exhibit passion that elevates and inspires when leading the team including hiring, managing performance and developing skillset of direct reports
  • Ability to act as a role model for the team by exhibiting a positive demeanor to customers and team members, be willing to learn from others and show emotional resiliency in stressful situations
  • Excellent written and oral communication/presentation skills including the ability to create and deliver effective presentations
  • Comfortable with both technical and business discussions
  • Development of sales tools including sales scripts, qualifications, and objection handling Q&A
  • Deliver sales training and enablement to internal teams
  • Must be a self-starter who enjoys working in a fast-paced, collaborative, and innovative high-growth environment
