We’re looking for a Senior Sales Operations Manager to join our Sales team. You will be directly responsible for building the systems and processes to enable Indiegogo’s growth at scale. As a key member of the Sales team, you will act as the primary Sales Operations lead for the entire company and your insights will guide Indiegogo’s overall strategic direction.

YOU WILL:

  • Identify and measure key inputs vital in developing sales team goals, strategies, plans, policies, and improvement opportunities.
  • Integrate, optimize and manage our sales software stack (Salesforce, Cirrus Insight, Typeform, Intercom, Zapier and Hubspot)
  • Oversee implementation of enabling systems and tools, working closely with other operational leaders
  • Provide visibility and performance tracking to the business by helping to build, maintain, and improve our data and reporting foundation
  • Drive operational efficiencies by automating and improving processes, tools, and dashboards that scale
  • Partner with sales leadership to define and build attractive compensation models
  • Drive adoption of CRM tools and dashboards
  • Manage and optimize our inbound lead qualifying and triaging process
  • Conduct sales funnel analysis to establish pipeline forecasting and derive data-driven insights

ABOUT YOU:

  • 4+ years of work experience in Sales Strategy, Sales Operations, or Business Operations
  • Strong working knowledge of the Salesforce CRM and other sales productivity tools, including best practices for use, integrations, reporting.
  • Strong business acumen, strong reporting and analytics, troubleshooting, problem-solving, and project management skills
  • Strength in identifying data patterns that need improvement with processes
  • Outcomes-oriented approach to sales and sales operations with corresponding experience managing Key Performance Indicators for success
  • Intimate knowledge of sales forecasting, pipeline analysis, lead routing, and follow-up best practices, outbound lead generation and reporting/analytics
  • Experience working on projects with cross-functional teams
  • Experience and demonstrated ability to prioritize and multitask in a deadline-driven, high-pressure environment
