About the Role

We're looking for a Senior Salesforce Administrator to become an expert in how our company operates and provide direction for a rapidly scaling industry. As a Senior Salesforce Administrator you will work with Program Managers, Technical Architects and Business Stakeholders to co-create processes and frameworks to help our sales organization run effectively and efficiently in order to support business strategies and objectives.

You’re excited about this opportunity because you will…

  • Strong understanding of Salesforce.com with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud technical requirements, system configuration and user requirements
  • Work with Program Managers and Technical Architects to craft the optimal solutions to the business problems identified by business leadership and internal stakeholders
  • Keep up to date with Salesforce releases, features and best practices. Make recommendations to management regarding implementation as appropriate
  • Strong project management skills desired; ability to juggle multiple projects and deliverables at once while keeping tight and ever-changing deadlines is a must
  • Provide on-going support and system administration to quickly fix issues with Salesforce.com
  • Evaluate, select, implement, and integrate technology tools into a solution to support our business unit stakeholders
  • Knowledge of ETL integrations with connected databases

  • BA/BS/Masters in Economics, Business, Engineering, or other quantitative field
  • 5+ years of experience working as a Salesforce Administrator
  • Experience in supporting, designing, and developing Salesforce.com in a large enterprise environment
  • Deep understanding of Apex, Visualforce, and JavaScript capabilities
  • Thorough understanding of salesforce system limits to build at scale
  • Strong understanding of Release Management process and CI/CD
  • Salesforce Advanced Administrator Certification
  • Salesforce Platform App Builder Certification or Salesforce Developer Certification preferred
  • Hands on experience in performing complex data loads
  • Knowledge of Salesforce API’s on how to integrate with 3rd party tools
  • Experience with SQL and/or Python is preferred
  • Expertise in Microsoft Excel
  • Understanding of Salesforce Sales & Service Cloud Features and Salesforce Change Management
