Senior SDR Manager
The Role:
As the Senior SDR Manager, you will need a high level of experience managing a large team of Sales Development Representatives as well as outbound prospectors. As a member of the sales and marketing leadership team, you will be responsible for contributing to the strategic direction and planning for company go-to-market efforts. You are able to think "big picture" to actively identify strategic direction but are also willing to roll up your sleeves to ensure we achieve our goals. This is a high-visibility role in a dynamic, startup company, ideal for a leader that wants to be a key part of building a high-performing sales team. Strong candidates will have experience working with Enterprise & Mid-market clients, as well as the ability to coach and lead both an outbound prospecting team in addition to an inbound sales team.

What You'll Be Working On
Scale the existing Sales Development team through hiring, onboarding, and internal promotion
Build a metric-driven and scalable process with a combination of best in class tools and practices
Lead organizational design decisions for the SDR team as the team continues to grow
Collaborate with other key internal business partners on the development of outbound programs to optimize leads
Maintain a consistent and growing team of Sales Development Leaders and Sales Development Reps.
Provide coaching and mentorship as needed and ensure that managers do the same for their teams, including but not limited to cold-calling, discovery questions, objection handling, email sequences, sales tool training, and CRM best practices
Consistently deliver against targets – ensuring company goals, and objectives are achieved consistently and sustainably
Accurately forecast monthly, quarterly, and annual targets
Be the primary driver for SDR compensation plans and monthly targets
Provide strategic insight around organization design, scaling, cross-functional alignment and participate as part of the GTM Senior Leadership team
Driving accountability across the BDR Organization and ensuring alignment to sales and marketing pipeline targets
Overseeing all outbound campaign development and SDR calendars to drive performance and ROI
Mentoring and coaching the SDR Organization, including setting a training plan for career development
Applying a continuous improvement and experimentation mindset to outreach programs to drive, test, learn, and optimize cycles.
Employing A/B testing and other experimentation strategies across all channels
Delivering performance reports weekly, quarterly, and annually with leadership and marketing teams
Supporting all Inbound Marketing demand programs and providing constant feedback on what is working and what isn’t
What We're Looking For
Experience with SaaS business models and enjoy selling to a technical audience and building mutual trust.
Strong understanding of Sales Development best-practices (cadence management, cold-calling, objection handling, etc.) and pipeline-building process
Proficient in Salesforce.com and Outreach.io for tracking activity, campaign optimization, and metrics.
World-class interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to effortlessly make complex contractual, technical, and financial details sound simple.
Ability to balance competing priorities and manage multiple projects/deals at the same time.
