Webflow is a visual web development platform that empowers non-coders to create incredible experiences for the web. 

We’re looking for a Solutions Engineer to help customers understand what’s possible with Webflow as a platform. You’ll make sure new users feel supported throughout their evaluation & migration to Webflow by partnering with them throughout their entire pre-sales journey.

As a Solutions Engineer, you’ll …

  • Support multiple Account Executives and deals simultaneously, proactively communicating with stakeholders to ensure on-time solution delivery.
  • Guide customers through the evaluation process of Webflow ensuring that our solution meets key business objectives and technical requirements.
  • Collaborate with Engineering, Product, Security and Marketing to create customer focused demonstrations of existing and new features, mapping customer business problems and systems to Webflow solutions.
  • Partner with both the Account Executives and potential customers through custom tailored demos, deep technical discovery, proof of concept integrations, troubleshooting technical issues, answering technical questions from customers and collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve products and services based on feedback.
  • Help guide both prospects and customers towards the right products and services based on their business requirements.
  • Research technical integrations for customers and partners and provide guidance on best practices to help optimize their website
  • Help drive all responses to RFx’s, including security questionnaires, and ensure we can do this at scale in a repeatable way.

About You

You’ll thrive as a Solutions Engineer if you:

  • Have demonstrated experience with providing high-touch customer experiences over email, phone, and video calls
  • Possess (or are willing to learn) Webflow products including knowledge of third-party app integrations
  • Exhibit a general understanding of APIs and web programming languages — HTML, CSS & JavaScript
  • Enjoy working autonomously, creatively, and kindly with your teammates while empowering and supporting those around you
  • Practice radical candor with your colleagues to communicate clearly. You can start from the common ground as a great listener and work towards creative solutions with others.
  • You have excellent coaching, writing, discovery and presentation skills.
  • You have enthusiasm for earning customer trust and deepening customer relationships.
  • You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and adaptable to changing priorities.

If you don’t meet 100% of the above qualifications, you should still seriously consider applying. Studies show that you can still be considered for a role if you meet just 50% of the role’s requirements.
