Sr. Account Manager
The Role
Lark is looking for a Senior Account Manager with experience managing relationships with large Health Plans and Employers. The Senior Account Manager should be flexible enough to multitask and balance the business priorities at Lark with the Partner’s contractual requirements and additional requests to ensure a positive experience for the Partner. In addition to supporting the day-to-day Partner relationships, this position will provide sales support, including leading presentations to potential client groups.
What You’ll Do
- Present the Lark solution/demo to potential client groups, serving as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) by representing Lark and answering questions with confidence to grow the Partner, client population’s adoption of Lark
- Communicating with Partners and client groups to ensure their needs are understood and met, including communicating appropriate timelines
- Build strong relationships to maintain current partnerships
- Collaborate with various internal Lark teams to ensure partner/client contractual requirements are met
What You’ll Need
- Excellent communication skills (oral and written) and interpersonal skills
- Presentation presence and skills are a must
- Experience in the health-tech industry serving Health Plans
- Ability to manage multiple competing priorities
- Ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem solving environment
- Strong organizational skills
- Experience using technology for remote work, such as multiple video conferencing tools to manage meetings and presentations
Education and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in a business-related field
- 10+ years of account management experience in B2B or B2B2C
- Must have Healthcare industry experience
- Experience with a SaaS company is strongly preferred
- 25% travel expected

Working at Lark
Lark offers the option to work remotely in the United States. For Colorado Applicants only: minimum annual salary is $96,000 (minimum salary varies for other geographies). You may also be offered a bonus, stock options and/or benefits. We have identified the “core” period of the day during which all employees are required to work for scheduled meetings, syncs, scrums between 10 a.m. and 3 p.m. Pacific time. The company is headquartered in Mountain View, CA.
