Zoom is currently seeking an experienced candidate to lead the Sales FP&A function. This person will be the primary Finance Business Partner to leaders in the Sales organization. This role is critical in supporting the Company’s continued track record of strong growth and driving a scalable and efficient operation. This is a high-visibility role that will be involved in supporting the leadership team in a variety of capacities, including stakeholder management, financial analysis, and strategic initiatives.
Responsibilities
Lead a worldwide Sales Finance team; develop, attract, and retain outstanding talent
Drive the annual budgeting processes and weekly/monthly forecasting activities in conjunction with Sales leadership and Sales Operations and prepare and analyze plan variances based on actual performance
Develop operational plans to drive top-line growth and strategic frameworks for entering new markets
Develop financial models, track and analyze financial KPIs, uncover trends and assess business risks and opportunities to provide recommendations to senior leaders
Generate content and insights in support of weekly Executive staff meetings, Board presentations, quarterly business reviews, and other high-level meetings
Seek opportunities for operational improvement across the organization
Requirements
10+ years of FP&A experience; prior experience in Sales FP&A is strongly preferred
Industry experience in enterprise software, services, or SaaS businesses
Bachelor’s Degree (or higher); MBA preferred
Strategic thinker with a demonstrated ability to provide solutions to open-ended problems
Advanced proficiency in financial analysis and financial modeling
Prior experience working in a fast paced and rapidly-changing environment
Skilled at building relationships and influencing at all levels of management and across functions
Prior experience managing and scaling worldwide teams
