What we are looking for:

We are building “the navy seals” of strategy & operations.  A small team that can do everything from analysis & strategy to implementation. This small team will push each other intellectually and operationally to help push forward the most important strategic initiatives inside of Masterclass, such as international and new product expansion. For this role in particular, we are looking for a proactive, innovative, self-starter who wants a hands-on role in building out our new enterprise business.

You’re a good fit for this role if: You are ready and excited to roll up your sleeves. We are a fast-growing, nimble organization and you will be asked to perform tasks with varying degrees of difficulty. You are prepared to perform more routine tasks on the same day that you prepare an analysis and a presentation to the executives of the company.

Responsibilities of the role:

  • Lead cross-functional projects from ideation to execution on the enterprise side that directly impact new business, customer success, and retention
  • Drive data driven decision making to inform our overall strategy on Enterprise 
  • Partner cross functionally with product, sales, engineering, marketing to design processes and systems that accelerate sales growth 
  • Drive forecasting, reporting, pipeline management, and renewals process reporting for the sales organization
  • Support changes to our sales technology that result in improvements in sales productivity

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in a highly analytical environment - top management consulting firm, investment bank or equivalent, and/or tech/ media/entertainment company
  • Strong modeling skills and experience conducting a quantitative and qualitative analysis
  • Prior experience in Sales Operations
  • Salesforce experience 
  • A passion for the mission of MasterClass
