The Opportunity
Afterpay is looking for a high-energy, dynamic sales and business development executive to forge and expand our relationships with top tier retailers and brands that will drive significant value for the company.

-Key advisor and thought partner to the General Manager (GM) for North America
-Act as an extension of sales and regional leadership, representing the teams in cross-functional meetings and in open forums
-Take on key decisions and act on behalf of the GM
-Partner with the GM in setting and communicating overall regional and sales strategy
-Own tracking and status of all sales and key functional initiatives pertaining to North America
-Ensure strategy cascades to the broader organization and that there is continued progress towards regional goals across all functions
-Support the GM in planning of internal events and internal communications
-Organizes and oversees sales Business Reviews including QBRs, and Monthly North American Regional meetings
-Build strong relationships with finance and act as the buffer between sales, partner success and finance to ensure budget and P&L management
-Develop strong collaborative relationships with key partners across the organization
-Support and interact with executive leadership and key partners in supporting the development of business processes, inclusive of long-term goals and objectives and facilitate regional leadership team collaboration
-Be a trusted and critical adviser to the GM and relevant partners during strategy formulation, development, and execution
-Help to program manage complex regional initiatives and launches working with all key stakeholders to define project outcomes

You will have….
-Experience in structuring and executing complex analyses to support strategy in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment
-Sophisticated understanding of sales performance metrics and KPIs
-Excellent analytic, strategic thinking, organizational planning, and execution skills
-Ability to work strategically and collaboratively across teams, both with internal stakeholders and external partners
-Exceptional verbal, presentation, listening and written communication skills
-Excellent program/project management skills with ability to drive complex strategic and operational initiatives
-Strong knowledge of sales reporting systems e.g. Salesforce, Tableau and other sales tools
-Self starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment
-4-6+ years of experience in management consulting, investment banking, strategy or operations at a technology company preferred
-Comfort with ambiguous, ever-changing situations
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in Excel and Powerpoint or Google Docs
