The Technical Solution Architect role is responsible for supporting our partners in all aspects of extending and customizing Sage Intacct. This role will interact directly with new and experienced partners on a regular, high touch basis while also working with Sage Intacct Channel Executives, Partner Enablement, Sage Intacct Support and Sage Intacct Sales Engineers. The ideal candidate must have excellent written and verbal skills and must be able to translate complex requirements into functional architecture. The ideal candidate should also have hands-on experience with integration development and case management.

Responsibilities:

• Designing functional technology solutions using out of the box Sage Intacct functionality
• Working with partners and support to solve technical cases on all aspects of customizing Sage Intacct
• Providing technical leadership and support to software development teams
• Assisting partners with various implementation projects including but not limited to:
• Advanced CRM integrations and troubleshooting
• Web Services Advisory
• Integration Design, Optimization and Security
• One-Time Data extracts, updates, or reclassification
• Printed document template creation and troubleshooting
• Custom check format development
• Preparing and Delivering Office Hours presentations on various technical topics that can benefit the partner ecosystem
• Assisting manager with technical training programs as needed
• Communicating integration requirements and suggestions to development teams

Requirements:

• Must have 5+ years' development/programming experience
  • Understanding of database concepts
  • Familiarity with various operating systems (e.g. Linux, Unix)
  • PHP, .NET and XSL experience a plus
  • Sage Intacct experience a big plus
• Needs to be a goal oriented strategic thinker with the ability to execute at a tactical level
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Collaborative team player who can adapt to a fast-paced dynamic environment
• Comfortable in a customer facing role
