What we are looking for:

• You have experience building and scaling an enterprise business in a high-growth environment (a plus if you have experience selling directly to the HR function at companies) 
• You are a strong people leader and manager and have experience building teams 
• You are data driven and passionate about learning from our users to drive decisions  
• You are entrepreneurial and excited to roll up your sleeves and partner with Marketing, Content, Product and Engineering teams to bring the vision of MasterClass for enterprises to life 

Responsibilities of the role:

• Lead initial customer discovery work and partner with product, engineering and content teams to define our enterprise offering and enterprise strategy 
• Partner across the org to develop our MVP enterprise product and make refinements based on customer data and feedback 
•  Build out the right operations around CRM, lead generation, qualification and handoff
• Build a team of account executives, account managers and customer success managers and set up sales processes, org structure, sales operations etc. to hit quarterly sales targets 

Requirements / What you’ll need:

• 5 years of experience in building and scaling enterprise businesses and working cross functionally with different stakeholders 
• Prior experience identifying and closing large contracts - knowledge of corporate HR programs, as well as key contacts at large organizations is a plus
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, as well as stakeholder management and data analysis experience
• Ability to think strategically with a willingness to roll up your sleeves and execute / operationalize the plan in collaboration with other teams 
• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) required
• A passion for the mission of MasterClass
