About the Job:

We are looking for a VP of Sales and Customer Success Enablement to drive sales strategy, initial onboarding, ongoing training and coaching, content development, and quality assurance across our 500+ person sales and customer success organization, that will more than double over the next 12 months. This is a tremendous opportunity to own the strategy and execution of the go-to-market engine in one of the fastest growing technology companies.

 

 Responsibilities:

  • Own the creation and evolution of all sales playbooks that encapsulate our tactics, strategies, talk-tracks, and emails, across every sales segment and function
  • Own the overall learning journey and experience of every sales function across the sales organization
  • Own on-boarding and continuing education of SDRs, AEs, managers, sales leadership and sales enablement teams
  • Own our ongoing coaching team that is responsible for working 1-1 with every rep and line manager across the company once a week on key development areas
  • Own the development of world-class content and training curriculum that enables us to scale productivity at the rapid pace of our company
  • Own our Quality Assurance processes to audit, monitor, and ensure that our go-to-market resources are executive effectively against our best practices and representing KeepTruckin well
  • Define the global sales enablement vision as well as the delivery and roll-out approaches of supporting solutions.
  • Implement sales management training and coaching programs to ensure consistency and effectiveness across the organization

Qualifications:

  • 10+ years experience directly managing large and distributed sales teams
  • Prior experience in a very large scale sales capacity, defining enablement strategies that work at significant scale and new hire velocity
  • Strong strategic mindset around go-to-market tactics, strategies, and pitches
  • Receptive to feedback, willingness to learn and embrace continuous improvement
  • Knows what results are important, and focuses resources to achieve them
  • Keenness and quickness in understanding and dealing with a business situation
  • Strong ownership attitude
  • Experience with Salesforce or other CRM and sales technologies for forecasting, pipeline management, and sales acceleration
