About the Job:

We are looking for a VP of Sales, Mid Market and Enterprise, to drive strategy and execute sales in our Mid Market and Enterprise segments. This role will lead a growing organization of MM Account Executives, Enterprise Account Executives and Sales Engineers. Reporting to the SVP of Sales, this is a tremendous opportunity to own an area of strategic importance to KeepTruckin.

 Responsibilities:

  • Meet and exceed ACV Bookings and revenue targets
  • Drive the overall hiring strategy and capacity planning for MidMarket and Enterprise sales team
  • Set and refine KPIs and other operating metrics to assess team effectiveness
  • Ensure consistent execution of end-to-end sales playbook, and work closely with sales operations to align CRM to process
  • Implement sales management training and coaching programs to ensure consistency and effectiveness across the organization
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales development to increase demand generation
  • Ensure use of CRM and other data to achieve forecast accuracy on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis
  • Partner with HR and Talent Acquisitions to ensure solid alignment of sales with KT culture and OKRs

Qualifications:

  • 7+ years experience directly managing SaaS sales teams
  • Prior experience meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Proven track record managing sales teams exceeding 50 in size
  • Active listening skills with ability to build trust
  • Competitive mindset always striving for success
  • Receptive to feedback, willingness to learn and embrace continuous improvement
  • Knows what results are important, and focuses resources to achieve them
  • Keenness and quickness in understanding and dealing with a business situation
  • Strong ownership attitude
  • Experience with Salesforce or other CRM and sales technologies for forecasting, pipeline management, and sales acceleration
