Job Summary:
We are seeking a Salesforce DevOps Engineer to join our IT department. This role focuses on enabling development teams with Salesforce DevOps tools and processes, ensuring the delivery of secure, scalable, and high-quality solutions across multiple Salesforce modules.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines for Salesforce using Copado.

• Support development teams in delivering secure, tested, and compliant code through automated pipelines.

• Participate in architectural governance to align solutions with organizational standards and best practices.

• Oversee compliance checks, including static code analysis (e.g., PMD, SonarQube).

• Collaborate across Salesforce modules such as Sales, Service, Marketing, Industries (Velocity), Data Cloud, and Field Service.

• Address deployment challenges including managed metadata, manual steps, and evolving Salesforce licensing features.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Proven experience with Salesforce platform and Copado for DevOps and CI/CD.

• Strong understanding of DevOps principles, governance, and architectural best practices in Salesforce environments.

• Experience with automated testing, compliance, and quality tools (e.g., PMD, SonarQube).

• Ability to adapt to new Salesforce features, licensing models, and evolving deployment requirements.

Role-specific Requirements:

• Experience supporting multiple development teams in complex Salesforce ecosystems.

• Exposure to working with global teams and 24/7 support models is beneficial.

• This position is dedicated to Salesforce DevOps, not general Salesforce support or architecture.
