As a Senior Associate, Data Analyst, Marketing Audience, you’ll support the development and execution of audience segmentation strategies for Humana’s marketing campaigns. You’ll analyze data to identify trends, optimize targeting, and improve member engagement.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with data and contributing to personalized, impactful marketing efforts.

Role Responsibilities 

You’ll support audience analytics and segmentation for marketing initiatives. 

Key responsibilities include: 

  • Utilize the Adobe Experience platform to develop and manage audience segments 

  • Assist in creating processes and best practices for audience development and marketing automation 

  • Assist in implementation and configuration of the Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), including customization and integration with other systems 

  • Optimize audience segmentation and targeting based on performance metrics and insights 

  • Provide consultation to partners from the perspectives of database marketing capabilities, best practices, and learnings from past communications 

  • Work with IT and multiple business partners and with proprietary campaign management systems and industry leading Marketing Automation tool for campaign data acquisition, extraction, evaluation and quality assurance testing 

  • Continually identify ways to improve and enhance current campaign operational processes, increasing value and usability and optimize end-to-end process 

  • Maintain and adjust current campaigns via unica or adobe campaign until the marketing strategy is transformed and it is moved to Adobe Experience Platform

Required: 

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Math, Statistics, Computer Science or a related quantitative field and a minimum of 3 years of campaign development experience OR a minimum of 5 years of experience without a degree 

  • Experience with Adobe Campaign

  • Possess a keen analytical mindset and the capability to independently navigate and address various priorities 

  • Experience in creating processes and best practices for audience development and marketing automation 

  • Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences 

  • Enthusiasm for contributing to a collaborative, “one team” culture 

  • Familiarity with SQL and relational databases 

 

Preferred: 

  • Experience with other marketing automation platforms and CRM systems 

  • Recent experience building audiences within Adobe Experience Platform 

  • Certification in Adobe Experience Platform or similar platforms 

  • Prior experience in audience segmentation and targeting including Adobe Campaign/Unica/SFMC 

  • Prior health insurance industry experience 

  • Knowledge of data privacy regulations and compliance standards 

Travel: While this is a remote position, occasional travel to Humana's offices for training or meetings may be required.

Pay Range

The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.


 

$86,300 - $118,700 per year


 

This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
