Are you passionate about building impactful products for sales and finance teams? Come join the IT Enterprise Systems team at Pinterest where you will be responsible for advancing our sales and marketing systems.


What you’ll do:

  • You’ll lead the development and implementation of Salesforce solutions to support our Sales and Marketing teams.
  • You’ll manage Salesforce projects from requirements gathering to functional design, development and deployment.
  • You’ll work with the cross functional team of business strategy and operations, product managers, engineers and testers to build and deploy innovative and scalable solutions.
  • You’ll build and maintain strong working relationships with various internal stakeholder groups, including IT, Sales Strategy and Operations, and Finance.


What we’re looking for:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience implementing Salesforce solutions, with 3+ years of experience managing a Salesforce org.
  • Strong understanding of core sales and marketing processes such as lead generation and management, account management, pipeline management, quoting, order management, sales support. Experience in the ads industry is preferred. 
  • Salesforce implementation experience in three or more sales process areas.
  • In-depth knowledge of Salesforce architecture and functionality, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Salesforce integrations.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration and leadership skills, with the ability to navigate cross-cultural and cross-functional environments.
  • Experience in analyzing complex business requirements and translating them into scalable solutions.
  • Strong understanding of Agile principles and methodologies.
  • Outcome oriented: You focus on delivering outcomes compared to outputs by leveraging technology to positively impact key business performance metrics.

  • We let the type of work you do guide the collaboration style. That means we're not always working in an office, but we continue to gather for key moments of collaboration and connection.
  • This role will need to be in the office for in-person collaboration 1-2 times/quarter and therefore can be situated anywhere in the country.
