  • AI & Digital Enablement: Drive the adoption of AI, automation, and emerging technologies to streamline workflows, improve efficiency, and enhance user experience across the organization.
  • End-User Experience: Champion a modern, user-centric IT environment by improving support services, training programs, and digital tools that enhance employee productivity and engagement.
  • Governance Documentation & Compliance: Maintain robust governance over IT operations through documentation, standardized procedures, data protection, and audit readiness.
  • Team Leadership & Development: Lead and mentor a regionally dispersed IT team, fostering a culture of accountability, technical excellence, and continuous improvement. Build organizational capabilities to meet evolving technology and security needs.

We are looking for:

  • Educational Background: A bachelor's degree in information systems, information technology, or a related field is typically required.
  • Experience: At least 10+ years of IT leadership and 5+ years in senior management overseeing enterprise technology functions in startup environments
  • Certifications: Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft, Cisco, or security-related) are advantageous.
  • Technical Skills: Extensive knowledge of IT systems, networks, MDM solutions (e.g., JAMF), Ticketing systems (Fresh Service), user provisioning (Okta), Google Workspace, and security best practices is essential.
