About You

AppDirect is looking for a Senior Financial Analyst to join the FP&A team as our company continues to expand rapidly. This role will serve as a trusted advisor to key business leaders, delivering key recurring reporting and ad-hoc analysis to guide key business decisions. The role will also help drive and improve the delivery of key financial planning processes, including the annual plan, quarterly forecast, and monthly close.

This is a highly visible role within a rapidly growing and dynamic business and will be exposed to all critical functions of the business, including the executive suite. The ideal candidate will come from an Investment Banking or Private Equity background with exceptional financial modeling capabilities and an ability to drive sustainable impact across the organization.

What you'll do and how you'll have an impact

  • Revenue planning/forecasting for a key segment of the business;
  • Forecasting & Budgeting: Drive and execute the development of the annual plan, quarterly forecast, and the close process;
  • Business Partnering & Analytics: Be the business expert and financial advisor to key Provider Services division leaders in order to aid in business decision-making and strategic planning;
  • Sales Business Planning: Drive business planning for our growth engine across different products and geographies;
  • Systems & Process Building: Continuously improve reporting frameworks, tools, and processes to ensure access to timely, accurate and actionable financial guidance.

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 2 years of Investment Banking or Private Equity experience;
  • Advanced Financial Modeling Skills: Proven ability to build complex three-statement models, LBO models, DCF analyses, and merger models;
  • Analytical Insight: Demonstrated ability to apply critical thinking and business judgment to uncover strategic insights and drive informed decision-making;
  • Clear Communicator: Able to break down complex financial and strategic topics for a wide range of audiences—from board members to cross-functional partners—with clarity and confidence;
  • Self-Starter Mindset: Comfortable operating independently in a fast-paced environment. You're resourceful, take initiative, and can move fluidly between high-level strategy and tactical execution;
  • Detail-Oriented: Brings precision and attentiveness to all tasks, especially when working with financial data. Maintains a rigorous approach and upholds a high standard of accuracy;
  • Growth-Oriented: Intellectually curious and always looking to learn. Seeks feedback, values continuous improvement, and is motivated to grow personally and professionally.

The salary band listed above reflects the expected annual base salary or OTE (on-target earnings) for this role at AppDirect and may be subject to change.

Base salary or OTE is just one component of AppDirect’s total compensation package. In addition to base pay, regular employees may be eligible for performance-based bonuses and a full range of benefits.
